The content you share may be viewed by other viewers or third-party agencies and services as part of our internal processes. To avail yourself of our services, you have to form a law-binding contract with Edumigrants and agree that you’re not barred from receiving the benefits from the services by the Government of India or your country, state, or city’s government.
The nature of Edumigrant’s services is always evolving, and these terms may change without any prior notice to you. Our Services require advertising, and the type and extent of advertisements may vary without notice. You consent that Edumigrants or the third-party services and partners associated with us may use any content shared by you or other users for such advertisement or on our website.
Edumigrants provides educational consulting and placement services for students who want to study abroad. Our services include, but are not limited to, University and college application assistance, Visa application support, Pre-departure orientation, Academic program matching, Document preparation and verification, etc.
Students must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent. Adult students (18+) may enter into this agreement independently.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. False information may result in service termination without refund.
Service fees are clearly outlined in your individual service agreement. Additional costs (application fees, visa fees, etc.) are separate and your responsibility.
Edumigrants can only provide consultation and placement services for studying in foreign universities. We do not guarantee Acceptance to any educational institution, visa approval from any government, or employment opportunities post-graduation.
All materials, guides, and resources provided as part of our services remain our intellectual property and may not be redistributed without permission. You retain ownership of your personal documents and academic records. If you feel that any content shared by you has been used in a way that violates copyright laws, you may directly reach out to us, and your request will be addressed in accordance with our terms and conditions.
We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services, including personal identification information, academic records and qualifications, financial information for applications, and communication records. You agree that this information can be shared with universities, other agencies, and third parties.
Official communications will be sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for checking emails regularly and responding to time-sensitive requests. Any failure to respond can be considered a reason for termination of the services.
You may terminate services with written notice. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Edumigrants reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms, provision of false information, failure to pay fees, and Abusive or inappropriate behavior. You may not transfer your rights under this agreement without our written consent.
